Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments go out Monday through Friday. During peak shipping times such as the holiday season, we may experience delays. Rest assured we will ship your package within the stated processing time. If the US postal service is experiencing delays, these delays may be passed on to you. We will work with the carrier to determine the fastest shipping method to get your packages safely and quickly to you.

*USPS Priority Mail is required for any packages over 1 lb. All orders over $35 ship free (standard shipping) to the US.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We gladly ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If the package is returned to us for incorrect/incomplete mailing address, we will require additional payment to reship the package.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive shipment confirmation and order tracking within two business days of your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number updates in the system and you are able to see shipping progress.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Tabknits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tabknits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be accepted for a legitimate reason within 30 days of the buyer's receiving an item. Buyer must pay return shipping, and item must be received in the same condition. Refund is contingent on item returned in original condition, and will be minus original shipping cost if paid by seller.
